Introduction

Description:
  • This is the official web site of Vance Jackson Neighborhood, Inc. (VJNI).
  • VJNI is a voluntary home owners association (HOA) representing over 3000 residences, roughly between Callaghan and Huebner and IH-10 and the Union Pacific railroad tracks in Council District 8 of San Antonio, TX.

VJNI Membership: Form
  • Fill out and send in. You can join at any time, but membership is on a calendar year basis. Our big annual meetings are in January.

    • Note: The sections about maintaining 501(3)(c) status are out-of-date. To our understanding, current IRS laws do not allow this designation because VJNI represents the specific interests of a small part of San Antonio.
